Starting Hourly Rates

Starting hourly rates will commence at no less than the local minimum wage and are subject to variation based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

• Cashier: $16.76 – $25.15
• Customer Service Associate: $16.76 – $25.15
• Courtesy Clerk/Bagger: $16.76 – $21.66

Please note: For positions within the City of Seattle, labor agreements mandate a starting rate of $18.94/hour.
