What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service at Register: Engage with customers in a fun, fast, and friendly manner while accurately processing transactions at the register, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for every shopper.
• Service Desk Support: Provide direct assistance to customers at the service desk, addressing their inquiries, processing returns, and helping with other service-related needs to resolve issues efficiently.
• Customer Loading Assistance: Actively assist customers with loading their purchased items, which may include larger or multiple products, into their vehicles, demonstrating helpfulness and care.
• Parking Lot Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store’s parking lot, which involves tasks like gathering carts, removing debris, and ensuring the area is safe and welcoming for all visitors.
• Operational Backup: Offer crucial support at the registers during peak times or as needed, stepping in to minimize customer waiting times and contribute to Menards’ promise of “No Waiting for Savings!”
