This is a full-time position within the Cash Management Solutions (CMS) organization in Lockheed Martin’s Global Financial Services (GFS) department. This role supports Lockheed Martin business areas by providing collections and cash application support, offering cash forecasting insights to cash planners, financial planning and analysis, and corporate treasury.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking and analyzing metrics
• Generating analytical reports
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Interacting directly with key customers to provide feedback and data
• Analyzing collection results and discussing them with management
• Developing and implementing action plans to address deficiencies
• Managing commercial accounts receivable for the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Sikorsky Business Area
• Collaborating with billing, program finance, contracts, customer service representatives, business operations, and cash planners
• Influencing commercial customers and various facets of the organization to ensure consistent and favorable collection results

Ideal candidates possess:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• The ability to analyze and resolve accounting transactions and balances accurately
• Adaptability to new processes and a commitment to high-quality work
• The ability to learn quickly and thrive under deadlines while adhering to company policies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems
• Experience leading projects and teams
• Demonstrated ability to automate manual processes using tools like Power Query, Alteryx, or Tableau

This is a part-time remote telework position, with employees working more than 50% of their schedule remotely and the rest at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
