Internship Role: Case Management Intern
What You’ll Do:
As a Case Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively providing comprehensive manufacturing solutions. You will thrive in an environment that champions an entrepreneurial spirit and encourages direct, hands-on experience across various functional areas. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Customer & Partner Support: Directly assist both customers and supply partners in navigating and resolving complex manufacturing challenges to successfully complete jobs.
- Satisfaction Assurance: Proactively work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the manufacturing process.
- Problem Solving: Apply a problem-solving mindset to overcome obstacles and facilitate smooth project execution.

We are seeking candidates who are currently pursuing degrees in fields highly relevant to our operations. The ideal candidate will be studying towards degrees such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Manufacturing Engineering Technology

What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence and possess a proactive, results-oriented attitude. Specific requirements include:
- Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date in December 2026 or May 2027. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 is required.
- Strong Work Ethic: Capability and commitment to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the entire internship period, from June 8 – August 14, 2026.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A genuine passion for problem-solving, a proactive approach to challenges, and a strong desire to drive impactful results.
- Legal Authorization: Ability to provide verifiable proof of legal right to work in the United States.
- Location Requirement: The ability to commute to and work onsite at either our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office for at least 3 days a week.

Compensation & Employment Details:
The estimated base pay rate for new hires into this temporary Case Management Intern role is $23.00 per hour. The final pay rate may vary depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant prior experience, and the specific location of employment. This is a temporary position for the duration of the Summer Internship Program.
