Internship Role: Case Management Intern

What You’ll Do:
As a Case Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively providing comprehensive manufacturing solutions. • Customer & Partner Support: Directly assist both customers and supply partners in navigating and resolving complex manufacturing challenges to successfully complete jobs.
• Satisfaction Assurance: Proactively work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the manufacturing process.
• Problem Solving: Apply a problem-solving mindset to overcome obstacles and facilitate smooth project execution.

• Mechanical Engineering
• Supply Chain Management

What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence and possess a proactive, results-oriented attitude. Specific requirements include:

• Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, with an anticipated graduation date in December 2026 or May 2027. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 is required.
• Strong Work Ethic: Capability and commitment to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the entire internship period, from June 8 – August 14, 2026.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A genuine passion for problem-solving, a proactive approach to challenges, and a strong desire to drive impactful results.
• Legal Authorization: Ability to provide verifiable proof of legal right to work in the United States.
• Location Requirement: The ability to commute to and work onsite at either our Lexington, KY or North Bethesda, MD office for at least 3 days a week.

Compensation & Employment Details:
The estimated base pay rate for new hires into this temporary Case Management Intern role is $23.00 per hour. The final pay rate may vary depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant prior experience, and the specific location of employment. This is a temporary position for the duration of the Summer Internship Program.
