About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients, offering not just practical assistance but also genuine human connection. Your work will directly contribute to their well-being, comfort, and independence within their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Daily Activities: Provide comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding, ensuring client dignity and comfort.
• Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, participate in recreational activities, and offer a comforting presence to alleviate loneliness and promote mental well-being.
• Medication Reminders & Light Housekeeping: Assist clients in adhering to their medication schedules through gentle reminders. Perform light household tasks such as tidying living spaces, doing laundry, and preparing simple meals to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Health Monitoring & Reporting: Observe and accurately document changes in client health, mood, or behavior. Promptly report any significant observations or concerns to the appropriate supervisory staff or family members to ensure timely intervention.
