Dioun Health has ambitious future plans, including an IPO in 3-4 years at a $2 billion valuation or higher. The firm is actively seeking motivated Capital Raising Interns to help achieve large goals for the current year and beyond.

Job Description

This is described as an opportunity to excel in Capital Raising & Investor Relations, a fast-paced, results-driven role for individuals aspiring to master capital raising and make an impact in healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions. It is emphasized as not just an internship.

Your Role (Key Responsibilities):

Pipeline Management: You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of over 1,000 potential lenders and investors, consistently tracking and updating opportunities to ensure progress towards company goals.
Cold Calling and Outreach: A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to reaching out to new banks and equity investors through cold calls and other outreach methods. You will develop skills in quickly building rapport with decision-makers to generate investment and financing interest in Dioun Health’s acquisitions.
Qualify and Convert Deals: You will conduct effective conversations to determine if prospects are a suitable fit for financing and investment. A key performance indicator is converting at least 50% of engaged leads into actionable opportunities for the next step in the process.
Data-Driven Decisions: You will maintain detailed analytics on pipeline size, call volume, conversions, and deal progress, utilizing these data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the President and Vice President to ensure a seamless flow of interested investors/lenders, and support the team with tasks such as CRM updates, email newsletters, and strategic initiatives.
