#### Purpose of Role: Capital Markets – XFA 1, Chicago Board Options Exchange Intern

The Capital Markets – XFA 1, Chicago Board Options Exchange Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the trading desk. The primary purpose is to ensure efficient operational workflows and provide accurate market data analysis across all daily activities.

Key contributions of this role include:
• Assisting with clearing processes, hedging activities, and investment solution execution.
• Helping coordinate agency execution and transaction workflows to maintain smooth trade operations.
• Contributing to reporting and documentation efforts specifically for commodity markets.
• Supporting the development of critical trading insights.

This internship offers invaluable exposure to Marex’s core services, including market making, clearing, and risk management, building foundational knowledge essential for the firm’s trading and operational functions.

#### Responsibilities

As a Capital Markets – XFA 1, Chicago Board Options Exchange Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Support trading desk operations and market data analysis.
• Assist with clearing, hedging, and investment solution processes.
• Help coordinate agency execution and transaction workflows.
• Contribute to reporting and documentation for commodity markets.
• Learn core services: market making, clearing, and risk management.
• Role model the highest standards of integrity and conduct, reflecting Company Values.
• At all times, comply with Marex’s Code of Conduct.
• Ensure full awareness of and adherence to internal policies relevant to your role.
• Report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
• Escalate risk events immediately.
• Provide input to risk management processes, as required.
