Capital Development and Investor Relations Manager | Millennium

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Millennium, located in Singapore. This role is crucial for actively managing and engaging with a broad range of prospective and existing Asian investor relationships, supporting the firm’s client development and sustained impact in the region. • Team: Capital Development & Investor Relations team
• Mission: To actively manage and develop relationships with existing Asian investors and new prospects throughout the limited partner lifecycle.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Provide day-to-day support for Millennium’s existing Asian investor base.
• Development Planning: Coordinate with the local Capital Development team to create a plan for further prospective client development across the region.
• Event Execution: Assist in planning, preparing, and executing regularly scheduled roadshows across the major business centers in the region.
• Global Coordination: Interact and coordinate with the global Capital Development and Investor Relations team during regular weekly calls and other communications.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure Asia capital development efforts are compliant with all industry laws and regulations across the region.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level. Demonstrated outstanding educational and professional background. Core domain knowledge in marketing and client service within financial services or asset management.
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in a marketing / client service role at a hedge fund, bank, or similar financial services or asset management company.
• Skills: Solid communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), highly organized and detail-oriented, strong ability to work independently but also as part of a strong team.
• Bonus: Comfortable interacting with diverse investors including sovereign wealth funds, institutions, high net worth individuals, family offices, pension funds, and fund of funds. Ability to adjust to changing industry and entrepreneurial environment.
