Description: Campus Internship – Human Resources

This internship offers a chance to work on challenging projects aligned with Dow’s strategic priorities. The internship provides practical skill-based development and offers insight into the Dow culture. Interns will:

Lead challenging projects: These projects are designed to align with Dow’s strategic priorities and provide practical skill-based development.
Experience broad exposure to the HR function: This includes gaining insights into various HR activities and departments.
Interact with Senior HR Leadership: Interns will have one-on-one interactions with senior HR leaders, providing valuable mentorship and networking opportunities.
Work in a global team: Interns will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues from different countries, fostering a global perspective.

Currently pursuings:

Required:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree: Applicants should be currently enrolled in a relevant program.
GPA of 3.0 or higher: Academic excellence is a key requirement.
Ability to work legally in the United States permanently: This internship is based in the US, and applicants must be eligible to work in the country.
High initiative: Interns should be self-motivated and proactive.

Preferred:

Candidates within one or two years of graduation: Preference will be given to students nearing the completion of their degrees.
Major in relevant field: Degrees in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor & Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
Results-oriented and curious: Interns should have a strong desire to achieve goals and be eager to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities: Effective communication and collaboration are essential for success in this role.
Customer-focused and innovative: Interns should have a customer-centric approach and be open to exploring new ideas.
Previous HR internship/work experience: Prior experience in HR is beneficial but not mandatory.
