About Life.Church

Life.Church is a Christian organization dedicated to reaching people with the Good News about Jesus. They operate with a strong belief that every individual brings a unique blend of gifts, skills, and experiences to further their mission. The church emphasizes that “people aren’t just part of the mission; people are the mission,” highlighting a people-centric approach at every level. Their core purpose revolves around Jesus, and they seek individuals who are passionately pursuing Him, embody qualities of humility, hunger, and people-smarts, and are team players. Life.Church views ministry not merely as a job but as an opportunity to live out one’s purpose and calling in vocational ministry.

Job Description: Life.Church Campus Internship

The Life.Church Campus Internship is a full-time, 6-month program designed for young adults aged 18 or older who are eager to gain valuable ministry experience and foster spiritual, personal, and professional growth. Key Program Details:
Start Date: January 2026
Application Deadline: November 1, 2025
Duration: 6 months
Hours: Full-time (40 hours a week)
Compensation: Interns earn $13 hourly and are considered full-time temporary employees.

The program is crafted to help young adults develop in three key areas:
Spiritually: Through passionate pursuit of Jesus, book discussions, and other ministry opportunities.
Personally: By growing as a follower of Christ and being part of a supportive team environment.
Professionally: Gaining practical experience, participating in staff training events, and developing under experienced pastors.

Who They Are Looking For:

Hungry to learn and excited to grow.
Hard-working, driven, and teachable young leaders.
• Actively pursuing Jesus passionately.

Host Team: Responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for attendees, from the parking lot to the auditorium, ensuring everyone feels at home.

LifeKids (Children’s Ministry): Provides relevant, age-appropriate learning and connection opportunities for children from birth to 5th grade, partnering with parents in their child’s spiritual development.
Operations Team: Coordinates campus tasks, projects, events, and communication, leads volunteers for office work and special projects, and supports other teams in achieving their goals.
Worship Team: Focuses on musical and technical excellence, offering opportunities to grow in understanding of band dynamics, worship environment production, ministry, and teamwork.
