What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist frontline teams daily with food service, maintenance, cleaning, equipment use, cooking, and serving functions across multiple facilities.
• Execute: Perform day-to-day assignments, special projects, and provide support for event preparation, setup, and service delivery.
• Train: Learn and follow all department guidelines, operating procedures, and safety standards, offering feedback to enhance processes.
• Administer: Assist with essential administrative tasks including inventory management, data entry, filing, reporting, and updating documentation.
• Develop: Train and perform responsibilities within chosen career concentrations such as food service, culinary, facilities management, accounting, or marketing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a college degree.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Strong interest in developing proficiency within domains such as hospitality, food service, facility management, event preparation, service execution, inventory management, or guest relations.
