The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Denver & Colorado Springs, CO
• Pay: $20–$26 hourly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Monitoring: Work with the project team to monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantity, and equipment.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and reports to the project team and leadership.
• Site Observation: Conduct job site observations in collaboration with project leadership to gain practical insights.
• Project Close-Out: Support the close-out of projects, including managing punchlists, operations and maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
• Vendor Coordination: Support vendor and trade partner pricing, bid solicitation, and coordination activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s Degree program or higher, with coursework in areas related to the internship opportunity.
• Experience: None specified.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, ability to work well under pressure and in deadline situations, flexibility, and leadership potential.
