Growth Marketing Intern | Jobright.ai

The Tone:
This is an in-person internship at Glorify, a company dedicated to developing smart wearable hardware and faith-focused digital content. Hosted through Jobright.ai, this role is crucial for expanding Glorify’s brand presence and engaging new users, particularly within college communities. The intern will drive grassroots marketing efforts, directly contributing to user growth and market insight for a pioneering product.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $15–$20 hourly
• Mission: This intern will be responsible for leading grassroots marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and acquire new users on college campuses.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Direct on-campus campaigns to boost brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Execute: Plan and run local marketing events, including tabling sessions and pop-ups.
• Engage: Connect with student groups, organizations, and campus influencers to build brand alignment.
• Gather: Collect direct feedback from students and translate it into actionable insights for the marketing team.
• Develop: Produce and distribute local campaign content such as social posts, flyers, and short videos.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college or university, with a genuine interest in technology, consumer products, and brand-building.
• Experience: Active involvement in at least one student organization, campus role, ambassador program, or marketing/sales internship. Prior experience with campus ambassador roles, grassroots marketing, tabling, activations, or organizing events is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills both in-person and online; outgoing, proactive, and comfortable initiating conversations; ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and achieve goals.
• Bonus: Located in the Bay Area.
