Job Description: Busser/Lobby Team Member

This is an entry-level position focused on maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests and supporting the overall restaurant operations during daytime and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bussing tables: Clearing tables quickly and efficiently after guests have finished their meals.
• Maintaining the lobby: Ensuring the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Preparing house-made dishes: Assisting with the preparation of Cafe Zupas’ soups, salads, and sandwiches on the line.
• Taking orders: Ringing up and checking out orders at the counter.
• Guest interaction: Creating genuine connections with guests by being friendly and helpful.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
