• Clearing and sanitizing tables and surfaces
• Sweeping floors
• Refilling ice
• Restocking wait stations
• Ensuring the restaurant is impressively clean and organized.
Bussers work in the dining room, supporting the kitchen and server teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. They contribute to creating a welcoming and safe environment for customers, encouraging repeat visits. Chuy’s has three rules:
