Business Systems Analyst Intern – Integration Management Office

This internship is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Raleigh, NC. The internship program offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team working on interesting projects within the Integration Management Office.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in research, analytics, project work, strategy development, process improvement, technology enhancements and support.
• Attend professional development sessions, networking events, and community service activities.
• Work directly with a dedicated manager and program manager.
• Complete a designated project designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem.
• Present a wrap-up presentation showcasing your accomplishments and experiences to division leaders and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the summer program)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the program duration

Preferred:

3.0 minimum GPA
• Strong desire to learn and grow
Positive attitude, naturally curious, and enjoys collaboration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask
Adaptability and ability to adjust priorities based on business needs
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Familiarity with reporting & analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
