Job Description

This role is a strategic position with one of RippleMatch’s partner companies, focusing on core business strategy and development. The successful candidate will be involved in assisting with various strategic initiatives, contributing to the planning, analysis, and execution phases. This involves a comprehensive understanding of business operations and the ability to apply strategic concepts to real-world challenges.

Key responsibilities and requirements for this role include:

Academic Pursuit: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a closely related field.
Strategic Understanding: Possessing a basic understanding of fundamental business strategy concepts, including market analysis, competitive strategy, and the development of business models.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrating an understanding of financial modeling and its practical application in strategic decision-making processes.
Strategic Planning Support: Ability to actively assist with strategic planning processes, which includes tasks such as data collection, thorough analysis of findings, and professional presentation of conclusions.
Analytical Prowess: Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to effectively work on complex, multi-faceted projects that may involve various moving parts.
Organizational Skills: Possessing good organizational and project management skills, enabling the candidate to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously and contribute effectively to collaborative strategic initiatives.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and for presenting insights and findings to stakeholders.
