Business Solutions Intern Summer 2025 Job Description

Location: Sacramento, CA

Type: Internship, Full-time, Onsite

Level: Intern Level

Compensation: $26/hr – $38/hr

Responsibilities:

• Help clients resolve business needs: This involves improving processes and business functions.
• Define, craft, develop and implement business and technology solutions: This is based on analysis of current practices, processes, technologies, and data.
• Assist in software implementation: This includes requirements gathering, configuration, testing, rollout, and training.
• Participate on project teams: Focus on the analysis and implementation of redesigned processes.
• Facilitate strategic business and digital transformation plans.
• Manage large bank projects.
• Complete complex merger transactions.
• Develop and support Crowe technology applications.
• Perform process mapping.
• Conduct data and requirements gathering and analysis.
• Provide client meeting facilitation support.
• Prepare and support presentations.
• Provide project management support.
• Conduct change management.
• Perform business process analysis.
• Engage in strategic planning.
• Perform financial analysis.
• Assist in implementing new technology systems.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following areas, or a comparable major:
• Business Administration
• Accounting
• Finance
• Economics
• Operations Management
• Public Finance
• Public & Environmental Affairs
• Supply Chain
• Public Policy
• Economics
• Industrial Engineering
• Systems Engineering
• Information Technology
• Management Information Systems
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
