About Wells Fargo Business Services Early Talent Program:

Wells Fargo’s Business Services Early Talent program offers six unique pathways for aspiring professionals to gain meaningful work experience and develop their expertise within the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization. This program is a gateway to a potential 2-year rotational analyst program.

Program Highlights:

10-week Summer Internship: Provides a comprehensive overview of Wells Fargo’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture.
Experiential Learning: Involves relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and informative sessions with key leaders.
Real-World Scenarios: The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to prepare interns for a successful career at Wells Fargo.
Competitive Internship: Targets exceptional junior-level students and serves as a pipeline program for the full-time Analyst Program.

Program Dates & Locations:

Summer 2025: 40-hour work week, daily working hours based on business needs.
Locations: Charlotte, NC and New York, NY

Program Pathways:

Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Internship: Offers five specialized rotational experiences:
Corporate Properties Group: Delivers and maintains world-class workspaces for employees and customers, while strategically implementing corporate real estate transactions.
Corporate Security: Ensures the safest and most secure business environment for employees and customers.
Enterprise Business Resiliency: Provides guidance and support in developing, implementing, and exercising effective business continuity plans, coordinates incident response, and governs the Service Delivery Model.
Strategy and Projects: Leverages expertise in strategic execution and change management across the enterprise, aiding the COO in solving complex problems.
Supply Chain Management: Specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procurement-to-pay processes, supply chain analytics, and delivering supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk.
Corporate & Investment Banking Chief Operating Office (CIB-COO): Supports a consistent business approach within CIB, delivering capital markets, banking, and financial products and services to employees and customers.

Job Description for Business Services Intern:

Responsibilities:
• Participate in formal internship program initiatives and workshops.
• Review assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures, focusing on low-to-medium risk tasks.
• Receive direction from managers in a matrixed environment and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree candidate graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge or experience in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in data manipulation, reporting, visualization, and insights.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Technology, Communication, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Physics, Political Science, Pre-law, Government, Policy and Management, Computer Science, Management, Risk Management, or related fields.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.
