Center Point Energy is looking for a Business Senior Analyst to join our Team, located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. You will have the ability to provide business analysis to support the Home Service Plus Equipment Sales Department to contribute to the overall success of the HSP Division. You will be an analytical thought leader that builds strategic alliances internally and externally to promote growth and profitability.

Essential Functions
• Analyzes, forecasts, and creates reports for sales, channel performance, workload, capacity, and distribution for internal and subcontractor installers to optimize availability and utilization.
• Provides in-depth business development opportunity analysis and makes recommendations to management based on thorough research and financial analysis and forecasting.
• Manages master price lists under direction of sales management.
• Manages and supports CRM pricing/SKU coordination and all department-level CRM administration.
• Acts as a liaison between procurement, the business and business partners to facilitate contract changes and annual subcontractor product inventories.
• Provides process and system training.
• Partners and collaborates with internal and external HSP Equipment Sales stakeholders.
• Leads and/or works as a cooperative team member for special project assignments.
• Performs regular reporting and process improvement within the HSP Equipment Sales business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education Description
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related major from an accredited college or university or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.

Experience
Requires at least five years of relevant work experience.
Experience in development and execution of business strategy preferred.
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or other skilled trade preferred.
Experience in a customer-focused industry preferred.
