Job Description: Business Operations & Process Improvement Intern

This is a 10-week internship (Monday-Thursday) based at Leslie’s corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. It offers a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on supporting key initiatives within the Business Operations & Process Improvement department, providing hands-on experience in project management, process optimization, and customer journey mapping.

Responsibilities include:

Customer Journey Mapping: Analyzing customer interactions to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and process efficiency.
Process Development & Enhancements: Contributing to the creation and refinement of processes to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Pillar Support: Assisting in initiatives across LFC (likely Leslie’s Franchise Company), @ Home (likely their direct-to-consumer channel), and Grow Pro (likely their professional line) ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
LFC Pilot Optimization: Collaborating with teams to evaluate and improve the LFC Pilot program for better performance and scalability.
Workflow Documentation & Improvement: Working with stakeholders to document, streamline, and enhance business workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilizing Excel to track project progress, analyze data trends, and create insightful reports.
Communication & Presentation: Clearly communicating findings and recommendations through reports and presentations to key stakeholders. This includes a final presentation to senior leadership at the end of the program.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated (expected graduation no later than Spring 2026) with a bachelor’s degree.
• Previous business internship experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in-person at the Phoenix, AZ corporate office (out-of-state candidates are welcome if they can meet this requirement).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
