About The Business Operations Internship

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of business operations and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside various departments, including paid media, brand, operations, strategy, sourcing, and legal, to align business operations strategies with the company’s overall goals.
Operations & Process Stewardship: Champion various business processes to streamline operations. Utilize consultative skills to identify areas of uncertainty, draft materials, and develop training to address gaps. Maintain and propose new content for the internal team learning and engagement hub.
Vendor Management: Develop a process to track and evaluate the effectiveness of vendor onboarding, performance, and contract management. Provide insights for operational efficiencies. Ensure vendor operations processes are upheld across teams; develop and implement remediation processes where needed.
Industry Analysis: Distill insights from relevant articles, industry reports, and trends within the subscription and publishing business into a narrative report. Develop a process for sourcing key information and streamline the editorial process for publication.
Team Culture: Assist team culture ambassadors with running events, programs, and timely initiatives. Provide logistical support and organizational assistance.
Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing the throughput of cross-functional pipelines and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• At least two years completed towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, with a focus on operations.
• Collaborative aptitude and consultative approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location: hybrid, based in the New York City office.

Dates: June 9, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (Must be available during this period).

Salary: $25.00/hour
