Job Description

Business Operations Associate | Treeswift

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Treeswift, located in New York, NY, for an early-career Business Operations Associate. Treeswift is modernizing how energy companies manage their critical infrastructure by deploying AI-powered sensor systems on backpacks and vehicles. These systems collect LiDAR and imagery data, which is then transformed into actionable intelligence to reduce risks like wildfires and outages, prevent construction cost overruns, and accelerate storm recovery for utility partners. This role is essential for a small, high-performing team, overseeing the foundational operational systems and cross-functional initiatives that ensure the company’s smooth functioning and scalable growth. The work is intentionally varied and impactful, contributing directly to real-world outcomes that benefit communities and people.
