Job Title: Business Operations Analyst Internship
Type: Paid Internship – Full-time, Summer 2026
Location: Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Overview:
The Business Operations Analyst Internship at Uline is designed to boost analytical skills and kick-start a career for Junior-status college students. Interns will gain hands-on experience working with professionals within a company known for its growth and stability. The internship offers meaningful business projects and the potential to join Uline full-time upon graduation.

Possible Team Assignments:
Interns may be assigned to various operations, including:
Executive Operations
Warehouse / Distribution Operations
International
Sales
Supply Chain / Logistics

Position Responsibilities:
Interns will be responsible for:
• Building reports using tools like Excel, SQL, or PowerBI based on specified data and business requirements.
Analyzing data to uncover insights that tell a broader story.
Presenting findings and analytical conclusions to management.
Identifying trends within data.
Recommending business improvement opportunities for their assigned department.

Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Be a Junior-status college student only.
• Possess previous data analysis internship experience or relevant coursework.
• Demonstrate strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SQL or PowerBI is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Have effective communication skills.
