What You’ll Actually Do
• Initiatives: Lead cross-regional initiatives across International Operations, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, milestones, and disciplined delivery tracking.
• Governance: Provide business management, coordination, and governance support across key International Operations priorities.
• Reporting: Drive structured reporting, action tracking, and senior stakeholder updates to improve transparency and execution across the function.
• Strategy Tracking: Track international strategy deliverables, clearly capturing progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and escalating where needed.
• Migration Support: Support the India migration agenda, including efficiency delivery, progress tracking, capacity requirements, and post-migration governance aligned to the target operating model.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with expertise in business management, operations strategy, program governance, project delivery, or business analysis within financial markets.
• Experience: Significant professional experience, ideally gained within a hedge fund, investment banking, or broader financial markets environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical capability with advanced Excel, excellent communication, and senior stakeholder management skills, combined with strong financial markets knowledge.
• Bonus: Experience using AI tools effectively in day-to-day work to support analysis, efficiency, and execution, coupled with a proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused approach.
