Job Description:

This is an internship position within the Financial Institutions Department, supporting the Business Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day coordination.
• Provide basic analytical support to ensure smooth execution of business planning, financial tracking, and project-related tasks.
• Support departmental operational and administrative activities, such as documentation updates, meeting preparation, and data organization.

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in interpreting financial and operational data.
• Clear and professional communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong language skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with business reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
