Job Description – Business Management Associate Internship

This internship provides hands-on experience within Cargill’s Animal Nutrition business, offering insights into the company’s culture and potential career paths.

Internship Focus:

Exposure to diverse business functions: Interns gain experience in areas like Strategic Pricing, Supply Chain, Commodity Merchandising, Feed Formulation, Sourcing, and Data & Business Analytics.
Real-world impact: Interns contribute to significant projects and gain accountability or shared accountability for key aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily responsibilities related to assigned area of focus (e.g., Strategic Pricing, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Contribute to a significant project that provides exposure to diverse work and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate accountability or shared accountability for various aspects of the business, including:
• Strategic Pricing
• Supply Chain Strategy & Execution
• Feed Formulation
• Commodity Merchandising, Trading, Risk Management, and Sourcing

• Customers and Business Culture

Internship Details:

Duration: Typically 12 weeks
Compensation: Paid hourly, with rates ranging from $21.90 to $30.30, dependent on graduation date and full-time employment eligibility.
Transportation: Interns are responsible for their own transportation to and from work.
