The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational early career program at Crown Castle, located in Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX. Crown Castle specializes in shared communications infrastructure, delivering solutions that connect communities, businesses, and people, enabling reliable access to voice and data. This role is crucial for developing analytical thinkers who will immerse themselves in the company’s business model, drive its mission, and contribute to projects that shape the future of connectivity. Participants will explore their careers and build a comprehensive understanding of the company while growing professionally.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse in Crown Castle’s business model by rotating through three different roles and teams over a two-year period.
• Work on meaningful projects to gain hands-on experience and develop problem-solving abilities across the business.
• Develop skills and capabilities in data-driven decision making, financial analysis, or process improvement based on your chosen path.
• Contribute to strategic insights, value creation, and company performance through experiential challenges and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to build a holistic understanding of the company and identify post-program opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, with limited full-time professional work experience (generally less than two years). All academic disciplines are encouraged.
• Experience: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of the program.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, collaboration, openness to new experiences, and eagerness for development opportunities.
• Bonus: Preferred fields of study for the Analytics & Transformation path include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another highly quantitative discipline.
