The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational early career program at Crown Castle, with a hybrid work model located in either Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX. Crown Castle specializes in shared communications infrastructure, working for over three decades to provide reliable access to voice and data, connecting communities, businesses, and people. This program is an opportunity to launch your professional career by diving into three dynamic areas of the business, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential skills to contribute to projects that shape the future of life and work.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse: Dive into Crown Castle’s unique business model and culture, gaining a holistic understanding of company operations through three distinct rotations.
• Develop: Cultivate analytical, technical, and business capabilities by completing three assignments within your chosen path: Analytics & Transformation, Finance, or Process & Performance.
• Contribute: Work on meaningful, experiential projects that drive the company’s mission, enable data-driven decision-making, and create value across infrastructure, customers, and communities.
• Explore: Facilitate career exploration and skill development through diverse roles and teams, including exposure to emerging AI-enabled tools and technologies.
• Transition: Partner with leaders at the program’s conclusion to transition into post-program opportunities that align with business needs, personal development, and individual interests within the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Designed for individuals at the early stages of their careers with limited full-time professional experience. Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged.
• Experience: Generally less than two years of full-time professional work experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of the program; this position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, creativity, eagerness for new experiences, desire to collaborate, ability to engage in complex challenges, and contribute to projects.
• Bonus: Preferred fields of study for the Analytics & Transformation path include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another highly quantitative discipline.
