Job Title: Business Development (Sales) Internship Program
Reporting To: Partnership Director
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA

The Opportunity
This internship program is designed to provide an enriching learning experience for recent graduates aiming to kick-start their careers. It offers an excellent chance for professional development within a supportive and dynamic environment. The specific discipline sought is Business Development (Sales).

The internship is a paid 3–6-month contract spanning the spring to summer period, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting business development and sales, including:
• Assisting in researching prospective education providers in the UK and USA to build a database aligned with Formee Express’s values.
• Supporting outreach efforts by drafting emails and scheduling calls to connect with universities, colleges, and schools.
• Helping prepare presentation materials to showcase the benefits of the Formee Express platform to potential partners.
• Tracking leads and compiling data for weekly/monthly activity reports for management.
• Contributing ideas to a customer care guide for education providers to support future onboarding.
• Researching key UK and USA education regulations to ensure compliance awareness.
• Assisting in sales outreach via phone, email, and in-person to generate leads and support client engagement.
• Supporting the sales team with tasks such as updating CRM systems and preparing client materials.

About You
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Recently graduated from their respective course.
• Eager to learn and broaden their skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the capacity to deal effectively with multiple tasks and competing demands.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ideally have 1+ year of customer service experience.
