About the Job
We are seeking a multi-talented individual to serve as a utility player, demonstrating a self-starter attitude and seamlessly handling a wide array of responsibilities with limited oversight. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day tasks, communicate effectively with executives and management, and develop financial models, among other duties. The primary focus of this position will be supporting the business development team and its objectives.

About The Role
This role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities critical to our operations:
- Operational Support: Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating efficient internal communication.
- Project Coordination: Actively participate in high-level meetings, meticulously complete and distribute meeting minutes, follow up with partners, manage next steps, and project manage key tasks. This includes collaborating with various internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables, maintaining thorough documentation, tracking progress, and preparing requested reports.
- Financial Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial models and projections for key projects and budgets.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute tours, partner visits, leader meetings, conferences, and live event logistics, followed by tracking and reporting on outcomes.
- Strategic Contribution: Conduct research as requested and distill complex documents, concepts, or information into clear and concise key points for strategic decision-making.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following key attributes:
- Self-directed approach: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite: Expert-level command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
