Job Title: Business Development Internship / Growth Intern

Location: NYC Headquarters, New York

About the Role:
NewForm AI is seeking a Business Development/Growth intern to join their New York headquarters. This role is crucial for assisting management in driving new business growth through various strategies including lead generation and account-based sales. The company encourages applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and academic fields, including but not limited to marketing, technology, and finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing: Actively engage in account-based outbound activities, which include cold calling and email outreach, to identify potential clients.
Sales Material Creation: Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct research to create supporting materials.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture the deal pipeline through consistent relationship management with prospects and potential clients.
Sales Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting with live deals, performing inside sales functions, and contributing to top-of-funnel activities.

Organization & Analysis: Be highly organized, analytical, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience or internships in finance (such as Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting) or within tech startups is preferred.

Compensation:
