About Us

Blackmont Consulting is a student-led organization focused on providing consulting experience to students and recent graduates. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to contribute to our team while gaining hands-on experience in business development and consulting.

Role Overview

This is a volunteer internship designed to give students and recent graduates professional experience. There is no monetary compensation. Participants will have the opportunity to learn, develop skills, and gain insights into consulting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential strategic projects for Blackmont Consulting.
  • Analyze organizational capabilities and service offerings.
  • Support team efforts in identifying client needs and preparing materials.
  • Assist in creating presentations to showcase findings and recommendations.
  • Analyze potential client organizations for strategic fit.

Requirements

  • Current student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or recent graduate.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Familiarity with consulting industry trends is a plus.
