Job Title: Business Development Intern
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the leadership team to gain hands-on experience in the business side of a fast-paced, creative startup. The role focuses on supporting fundraising and partnership efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the lead business driver with grant research and writing efforts.
• Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials and follow-ups from investor meetings.
• Engage existing brand partners to explore opportunities for strategic marketing collaborations in late 2025 and 2026.
• Contribute to business communications, pitch decks, and storytelling efforts that align with the brand’s voice and growth goals.

• Strong business writing skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and polished in communication and presentation.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company and founder information.
• Collaborative attitude and proactive problem-solver with a self-starter mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly creative environment.
• Passionate about beauty, storytelling, and brand-building.
• Must handle their work and personal reputation with intention, care and mindfulness.
