Job Description: Business Development Intern

This is a remote (work from home) internship for a US-based undergraduate or graduate student seeking an opportunity to work directly with CivicScience sales and marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential media partners and opportunities for collaboration.
• Support the development of outreach strategies to engage prospective partners.
• Contribute to the creation of pitch materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Track and report on partnership performance metrics and outcomes.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Upper-level undergraduate or graduate-level student status, pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Eligibility to receive college credits for this unpaid internship.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in the world of startups.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and tactics.
• Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent written communications skills, including impeccable grammar.
• Proficient in a variety of technology platforms.

Program Details:

Duration: 10-12 weeks
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (flexibility based on department/role and student needs)
Compensation: Unpaid internship with potential for college credit
Location: Remote (work from home)
