Job description:
This is a remote Business Development Intern position with a compensation of $12/hour for 5 hours per week, with potential performance-based bonuses. The internship lasts until early August. The intern will play a key part in growing the business by:
• Re-engaging past clients to foster continued relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Developing a referral program to incentivize and track client referrals, expanding organic growth.
• Conducting outreach to organizations to assess their needs for external career consulting services, including evening/weekend sessions and revision of job application materials (resumes, cover letters, etc.).
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals. The role offers valuable experience in sales, marketing, and client management.
