About the Business Development Internship

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development team as an Intern. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support our outreach efforts to key restaurant service partners, including restaurant accountants, insurers, designers, and wholesalers. The primary goal is to promote our innovative restaurant management systems within this crucial ecosystem.

This internship is designed for significant learning and personal development, offering valuable training and guidance to help you thoroughly understand the industry landscape and the intricacies of the sales cycle. Your goals will be educational and supportive, emphasizing growth rather than mandatory quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns utilizing digital, direct mail, and e-commerce strategies to effectively attract restaurant owners.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, engaging website content, impactful social media posts, and persuasive email campaigns to promote Gala Circle’s services.
  • Engage directly with potential clients and decision-makers through offline channels, including actively participating in community events focused on the restaurant industry.
  • Build and meticulously maintain a robust list of potential vendor partners, supporting online outreach initiatives to expand strategic collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead product demonstrations and assist in crafting customized solutions for clients, while also providing essential training and installation support for Gala Circle’s system.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive post-sales experience for our valued restaurant clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently enrolled university student or a recent graduate; candidates from all majors are welcome, with a preference for Marketing or Business Management backgrounds.
  • Possess strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a genuine willingness to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and B2B marketing strategies.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus, and a willingness to visit clients for in-person engagements is preferred.
