Job Description Details

This role is designed to support the Business Development & External Affairs team with a variety of daily tasks and projects, contributing to communications, social media, event management, marketing, and special projects.

SUMMARY
This role will support the Business Development & External Affairs team with daily tasks and projects to meet the diverse needs of the department. Assist in communications, social media, event management, marketing, and various other special projects.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Assist in monitoring and compiling weekly press clippings, press releases, and media recap reports for Patriot Place, The Kraft Group, Partners in Patriotism Fund, and for each external event held at Gillette Stadium.
• Assist in crafting department communications and maintain media distribution lists.
• Assist with overall creation and editing of the quarterly Partners in Patriotism newsletter and related content.
• Assist in monitoring email inboxes including Customer Service, PIP Fund, and Foxboro Resident inbox, and assist in writing customer service responses.
• Assist in Foxborough resident programming by proactively identifying opportunities for Foxborough community involvement, helping to plan Foxborough Season Ticket Member Forums, and assisting at other community events.
• Assist with note-taking and distribution to relevant parties for PIP Fund, department meetings, and others as assigned.
• Assist in overall management of PIP Fund, including drafting letters, editing newsletters, and other tasks as assigned.
• Own all town-based drop-offs (e.g., licensing documents at town hall, Noteworthy Neighbor fulfillment, resident parking passes, PIP newsletters).
• Contribute to Gillette Stadium social media channels by monitoring trends, commentary, assisting in social media promotional fulfillment, creating giveaway sweepstakes rules, and fulfilling prize packages.
• Responsible for the photo management process; retrieve photos from event photographers and work with an internal photo coordinator to tag and upload into the Photoshelter system.
• Assist the Business Development and External Affairs team with concert-related needs, including marketing, on-site activations, and various other event responsibilities.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Skills And Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent project management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, including developing and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work nights and weekends in support of business needs.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint; other software capabilities are a plus.
• Must be an exceptional communicator (written and oral) with strong business acumen and ability to influence others.
• Customer-service oriented with a fan-friendly attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Experience in photography a plus.
