Job Description (Business Development Associate – BDA)
This is a fully remote position reporting to the Manager of Business Development. The role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in software sales. As a BDA, you will gain essential skills and tools necessary for success in the business world.
Key Responsibilities and Learning Areas:
• Prospecting
• Data cleaning
• Reporting
• Understanding the day-to-day aspects of working at an industry-leading technology company.
Specific Tasks:
• Research and generate leads for the sales team.
• Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with accurate data.
• Find new business through job boards.
• Assist marketing in growing campaigns.
Achievements/Goals:
• Completion of a comprehensive one-week onboarding program.
Qualifications:
• Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career.
• A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results.
• The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning.
