Job Description:

TIMET is offering Business Co-Op and Internship opportunities across various departments, including Production, Materials, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Planning, Logistics, and Purchasing, throughout the 2026 calendar year. These are paid positions and include a housing stipend.

Key Details:

Location: Aerospace manufacturing plant in Toronto, Ohio
Duration: Minimum 3-month assignment, or part-time employment (20+ hrs/week) for 6 months.
Responsibilities: The Business Co-Op will assist their respective department in day-to-day activities.

Business Co-Op Essential Functions:

• Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support the department, including reports and data analysis.
• Assists in maintaining an accurate/up-to-date database and distributes reports to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinates and participates in department initiatives as needed.
• Receives and distributes department mail, prepares outgoing mail and overnight letters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Serve on site committees.

Qualifications:

Competencies: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling are needed.
Education and Experience: Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Special Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of basic office equipment.
