Job Description:
TIMET is offering Business Co-Op and Internship opportunities in various departments throughout the 2026 calendar year. These opportunities are available in Production, Materials, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Planning, Logistics, and Purchasing.
Key details of the opportunities:
• Location: Toronto, Ohio (Aerospace manufacturing plant)
• Compensation: Paid, with a housing stipend
• Duration: Minimum 3-month assignment. Part-time employment (20+ hours/week) for 6 months also qualifies.
• Target Audience: Full-time students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Business Co-Op will assist their respective department in the day-to-day activities at the site.
Essential Functions:
• Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support the department, including reports and data analysis.
• Assists in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database and distributes reports to appropriate personnel as required.
• Coordinates and participates in department initiatives as needed.
• Receives and distributes department mail and prepares outgoing mail and overnight letters.
• Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Serve on site committees.
Qualifications:
• Education: Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling are needed for procedure preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment.
