Job Description: Business Analytics Internship
This is an exciting 10-week internship opportunity within Royal Caribbean Group’s Revenue Team, specifically within Business Analytics. The program runs from June 1st to August 2nd, 2026.
Role Overview:
The Business Analytics function at Royal Caribbean Group is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making by leveraging data insights across various operational domains. Interns will gain an immersive experience in transforming data into impactful business strategies within the dynamic cruise industry.
Key Responsibilities/Areas of Focus (within Business Analytics):
Interns will analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and enhanced guest experiences. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and corporate planning. Specific areas where interns might contribute include:
• Private Destinations: Optimizing offerings at private destinations.
• Business Optimization: Streamlining sales channels and overall business processes.
• International Sales: Guiding strategic planning for international markets.
• Newbuild Strategy: Supporting the strategic planning of new ships.
• Air, Sea & Travel Services: Potentially analyzing data related to travel logistics.
Interns will be involved in developing predictive models, performance dashboards, and actionable reports to support various initiatives.
Location & Format:
• Location: South Florida Offices, which include the Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, and Entertainment Studios.
• Format: requiring in-person work Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Qualifications:
• Academic Pursuit: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field of study.
• Graduation Dates: Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Work Authorization: Must have permanent US Work Authorization (authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis) required.
• GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in related areas is required.
