Job Description: Business Analytics Internship
This is an exciting 10-week internship opportunity within Royal Caribbean Group’s Revenue Team, specifically within the Business Analytics function. The program is designed to cultivate future leaders by offering meaningful work experiences and allowing interns to contribute to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.
Program Overview:
• Job Title: Business Analytics Intern
• Duration: The internship runs for 10 weeks, from June 1st to August 2nd, 2026.
• Location: The role is based in South Florida Offices, specifically at the Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, and Entertainment Studios.
• Format: The position follows a Hybrid schedule, requiring in-person work Monday through Thursday, with Fridays being remote.
• Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization is required.
• Program Experience: Interns will work alongside industry professionals, gaining real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The award-winning program includes professional development sessions, community service opportunities, executive spotlights, and behind-the-scenes ship tours, aiming to foster growth, discovery, and career advancement.
About The Business Analytics Function:
The Business Analytics team at Royal Caribbean Group is crucial for driving strategic decision-making. This function leverages data insights across various operational domains, including:
• Private Destination Development
• Business Optimization
• International Sales
• Newbuild Strategy
The team is responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and enhanced guest experiences. They work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and corporate planning. Key responsibilities include developing predictive models, performance dashboards, and actionable reports to support initiatives like optimizing private destination offerings, streamlining international sales channels, and guiding the strategic planning of new ships. The role demands a deep understanding of data analytics, industry trends, and global market dynamics, offering an immersive experience in transforming data into impactful business strategies within the dynamic cruise industry.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field of study.
• Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis.
• A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in related areas is also preferred.
