What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Analysis: Evaluate business processes and reporting requirements, documenting them and coordinating with the development team.
• Gap Analysis: Lead gap analysis discussions, creating essential documentation such as BRD, FSD, and BRFSD.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot business-as-usual system issues, recording and tracking them in JIRA/Confluence, and liaising with Head Office and technical teams for timely resolution.
• Project Execution: Develop and execute User Acceptance Test and Migration Plans, ensuring project timelines are met without delays.
• Process Improvement: Identify manual process steps in current flows and propose solutions through automation or other methods to improve overall efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University graduate in business or a related field, with core domain knowledge in Operations covering Payments, Trade finance, Deposits, Loans, Treasury, Accounting.
• Experience: 10-15 years of relevant working experience in a bank or GCC in operations and managing functional business analyst teams, including end-to-end CBS implementation projects, specifically T24 – AA/TPH/MD/LD modules.
• Skills: Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills; exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities; advanced technical, documentation, and fundamental analytical skills; the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Bonus: Experience with T24 Analytics and managing end-to-end projects including migration from legacy systems to T24.
