About the Job: Business Analyst Intern – Summer 2026
This is a full-time paid internship program known as the Analyst Intern Program (AIP), spanning ten weeks from June through August 2026.

Key Program Details:
• Location: Participation requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid working model for the duration of the program.
• Future Opportunity: Interns will be evaluated for a full-time position within Capital One’s rotational programs, with potential start dates six months to one year following the completion of the internship.
• Compensation: The full-time annual salaries listed for a similar “Product Management and Analytics Intern” role, which would be prorated for the duration of this internship, are:
• Chicago, IL: $99,000
• Plano, TX: $99,000
• Richmond, VA: $99,000
• McLean, VA: $109,000
• New York, NY: $119,000

Basic Qualifications:
• Education: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Graduation Timeline: Must have an expectation to complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2027 or earlier.
• Enrollment Status: Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full-time degree program following the completion of the internship.
