Entry Level Business Analyst | HireTalent – Staffing & Recruiting Firm

The Tone:
This is an Entry Level Business Analyst role in a hybrid setting, based in Memphis, TN. This position supports a global transformation team focused on large-scale initiatives. You will drive impactful change across global finance and shared services operations by contributing to high-visibility programs in process improvement, project governance, and emerging technology adoption.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Improve Processes: Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and tracking implementation progress.
• Plan Projects: Assist in building and maintaining project plans, including deliverables, timelines, financials, risks, and action items.
• Manage Lifecycle: Manage and document the full project lifecycle from intake and planning through execution, testing, change management, governance, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain Documentation: Ensure the integrity and organization of project documentation, including trackers, status updates, meeting materials, process documentation, and decision logs, using SharePoint and related tools.
• Support AI Initiatives: Support AI platform initiatives by assisting with testing, use case documentation, training materials, and tracking adoption.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with core domain knowledge in business analysis, project coordination, or process improvement within complex organizations.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or similar role, including project documentation, process mapping, and lifecycle management. Proficiency with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights; excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing senior leadership materials; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience supporting transformation, shared services, or finance-related projects; exposure to AI platform testing, use case development, or technology adoption initiatives; familiarity with program governance frameworks, risk management, and change management principles; experience creating dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent.
