Program Snapshot

• Duration: 3-6 months (full-time, paid)

What You’ll Do

• Analyse markets, competitors, and user data to uncover growth opportunities
• Build go-to-market materials and support enterprise sales pitches
• Design dashboards to track OKRs, revenue funnels, and customer health scores
• Coordinate cross-functional projects (product, engineering, marketing) and present findings to C-level stakeholders
• Assist in onboarding new clients and run feedback loops to improve the Velents platform
• Represent Velents.ai at career fairs, webinars, and HR-tech events

Who You Are

• Fresh graduate (Class of 2023–2025) or final-year student in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Undergrad with the best in-class skills
• Data-savvy: Proficient in Excel/Sheets & basic SQL or BI tools; comfortable with KPIs and ROI modelling
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus
• Curious about AI, HR-tech, and automation – you keep up with trends and love experimenting with new tools
