This Business Analyst position is crucial for supporting a critical government contract and contributing to one of the client’s top projects. The role involves close collaboration with customers, product teams, and engineering partners to drive change and unlock business value.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements: Gather and document business requirements.
• Translation: Translate business needs into clear, functional specifications.
• Facilitation: Facilitate working sessions with various stakeholders.
• Documentation: Support design documentation processes.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with Quality Assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet both business and functional expectations during implementation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Junior to mid-level Business Analyst with foundational knowledge of how systems operate and data flows.
• Experience: 1-3 years of Business Analyst experience, including eliciting and documenting requirements and submitting them into Jira.
• Skills: Business System Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Systems Understanding.
• Bonus: Tech writing skills.
