Description: Business Affairs Internship (Multiple Opportunities)
WBD offers several Business Affairs internships in Los Angeles for the Summer 2025. Applicants will be considered for all open positions within this area. Interns will work in the office on a regular basis, following the intern manager’s in-office schedule. Specific responsibilities may vary but could include (this is not an exhaustive list):
• Warner Bros. Animation Business Operations Intern:
• Analyzing global FAST platforms, creating reports on audience demographics and animation content trends. Partnering with the content strategy team to develop content initiatives.
• Developing case studies on short-form content, analyzing successful strategies, and providing recommendations.
• Leading brainstorming sessions for studio events and initiatives.
• Designing and implementing employee engagement surveys.
• Collaborating with Production, IT, and the Studio Archive teams to enhance workspace engagement.
• Analyzing asset tracking methodologies and researching improvements to lifecycle tracking processes.
Currently pursuings & Experience:
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the internship duration (proof required).
• Must be a rising junior or senior undergraduate student (18 years or older).
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher (transcript required if an offer is extended).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
• Quick learner, proactive, and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong research, organizational, synthesis, and presentation skills.
• Skilled in creating presentations and crafting business narratives using data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Interest in animation is required. Prior entertainment industry experience is preferred but not required.
Internship Details:
• Duration: 11 weeks.
• Program Dates: Option 1: June 2nd – August 15th; Option 2: June 9th – August 22nd.
• Hours: 35-40 hours per week, hybrid capacity.
• Compensation: Paid internship with a competitive hourly wage ($19/hour for undergraduate interns, $25/hour for graduate level interns). Credit is not required but documentation for school credit can be provided.
• Relocation: Not provided.
• Interviewing: February through mid-April.
