Job Description (Broista):
As a Broista, you will be a key player in upholding the Dutch Bros culture and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
• Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, greeting and thanking them, and creating a positive experience.
• Menu Education: Educating customers about the Dutch Bros menu, including specials and new offerings.
• Culture Embodiment: Representing and embodying the company culture of “love all, serve all” in every interaction.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring speed, quality, and service in all aspects of the role.
• Maintaining Positivity: Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude, even during busy periods.
• Reliability: Being a reliable and dependable member of the team.
• Teamwork: Helping out as needed and supporting fellow team members.

Job Requirements and Expectations:
